Partnership Agreement
What I commit to. What I need from you. The standard we both hold.
I will deliver the product we scoped — designed, built, and deployed to specification. Not a close approximation, not a developer's interpretation of your intent, but the complete product we defined together. I will own every decision made between kickoff and launch. When blockers appear, I surface them immediately with options. When decisions affect quality, I flag them before committing — not after the damage is done. I will never go silent when something is at risk.
A clear product concept and defined scope before we start. If design is part of the engagement, it precedes the build phase — both are included in the agreed timeline. Clear, timely feedback when decisions require your input — typically within one to two business days. Payment on the agreed schedule. These aren't demands. They're the conditions under which I can protect the quality of your product.
Every product I deliver meets the same baseline: it works correctly against the agreed specification, performs reliably under real conditions, is accessible, responsive, and documented for clean handoff. I stay through launch and for 30 days after. If something breaks within scope, I fix it — no invoice, no negotiation, no waiting.
Both parties enter this engagement with one shared goal: a product in production that works as designed, requires no emergency corrections after launch, and reflects the quality of the work that went into it. Everything in these terms exists to protect that outcome. If anything here is unclear before we begin, ask — I'll answer directly.
