TheVentureX

Venture Builder / Investment · Next.js · TypeScript · Tailwind · 2025

A production-ready investment platform — documented, handed off cleanly, and operating without post-launch fixes.

The Challenge

A venture builder platform supporting startup cohorts and investment pitching. Investor-facing interfaces — every layout decision signals credibility or erodes it.

What I Did

I mapped complex investor flows — cohort dashboards, pitch tracking, milestone visibility — into a component system built for team handoff, not one-time delivery. Server components handled data-heavy dashboard rendering; client islands handled interactive pitch flows — chosen specifically to keep the post-handoff codebase fast and self-evident for their engineering team.

Heritage Crowdfunding / Bilingual · Next.js · TypeScript · Supabase · 2025

A bilingual crowdfunding platform — serving Arabic and English donors — shipped on spec with no post-launch firefighting.

The Challenge

A crowdfunding platform for Saudi cultural heritage restoration. Arabic-first content where typographic accuracy and cultural framing matter as much as the code.

What I Did

I enforced RTL layout precision across every view and locked every detail to the approved product spec — no improvisation on heritage-sensitive content. Bilingual architecture with no layout drift between Arabic and English.

Yemen Coffee

Heritage E-Commerce / Bilingual · Next.js · Stripe · Tailwind · 2025

A live, revenue-generating bilingual store — wholesale and retail — with every brand detail intact from Figma to checkout.

The Challenge

A premium e-commerce platform for Yemeni heritage coffee. Generic components would have undermined the UNESCO-recognized brand — execution had to match the craft.

What I Did

I built custom bilingual product flows, a sensory-first image layout, and transitions that respected the heritage narrative — without adding technical debt. Every detail locked to the approved product brief.

Interactive Museum Guide

Interactive Museum Guide

Culture / Digital Guide · Next.js · TypeScript · Static · 2023

A bilingual digital guide live at a national public exhibit — instant on every device, zero server costs, no failure mode.

The Challenge

A bilingual digital guide for 'The Land of Pilgrims and Poets' museum exhibit. Visitors use on-site networks — slow, congested, unpredictable.

What I Did

I built static-first with pre-loaded assets so every page was instant regardless of connection quality. Bilingual AR/EN with correct RTL/LTR layout switching on every view — no fallback to LTR on Arabic content.

Cultural Heritage Sites Map

Cultural Heritage Sites Map

Verification / Geodata · Next.js · Blockchain · Mapbox · 2025

A blockchain-verified heritage platform — deployed and active across Saudi sites, trusted for decisions that carry institutional weight.

The Challenge

A geographical verification tool for cultural heritage sites in Saudi Arabia. Field inspectors need to verify tier classifications and file reports from remote locations.

What I Did

I built a data-dense, high-contrast interface that performs on any device in the field — blockchain-verified records surfaced without UI clutter. Complex geodata made scannable, not just displayable.

Telework Platform

Telework Platform

National Employment Portal / KSA · WordPress · Bootstrap · Figma · 2023

The Saudi government's primary remote employment portal — thousands of active users, every role stable, shipped without a single post-launch correction.

The Challenge

A national employment portal connecting job seekers, employers, and ministry administrators across Saudi Arabia — three distinct user roles on one platform.

What I Did

The government contract required an existing CMS ecosystem — WordPress was the constraint, not the choice. I worked within it and enforced a component-first architecture so each role's dashboard was visually consistent without one breaking another. Design system maintained across high-traffic, multi-role government infrastructure.
