MVP development for startup founders: fixed price, fixed timeline
You bring the idea and the budget. I define the product, design it, build it and deploy it, as one person with one scope and one price agreed in writing before work starts.
Three packages, three price points
- Spark — $2,500 · 7 days
- A conversion-ready landing page, designed and built. Right for validating demand before you build the product.
- Launch — $5,000 · 14 days
- A full MVP: all screens, authentication and two to three core features. Right for a first working version you can put in front of users.
- Forge — from $10,000 · scoped
- A multi-feature platform with payments and integrations. Scoped after a free discovery call, then fixed in writing.
What every MVP includes
- Product definition: what ships first and what waits.
- UI design. Design is part of every engagement, and an approved Figma file is optional.
- Frontend and backend implementation, with analytics.
- Deployment to production.
- 30 days of post-launch support.
What a SaaS MVP usually needs
Most SaaS MVPs share a core: accounts and authentication, a data model with proper access rules, one or two features that deliver the value, and a way to get paid. I have built role-based access control with five roles, realtime updates, and payment flows through Stripe and Paymob.
The stack is Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase on Vercel, chosen because one person can own it end to end and a future team can pick it up.
How it runs
- Submit the idea and the budget on the start page.
- I answer within 48 hours: fit or no fit.
- Free 30-minute discovery call, then a fixed-price written scope.
- Build: 7 to 14 days for Spark and Launch.
- 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery.
When an MVP from one person is the wrong choice
If your product needs several specialists working in parallel, or a staffed team on retainer, a studio or agency fits better. The comparison page lays out the trade-offs, including the cases where I would send you elsewhere.
